Had a bad experience! Ordered tires to be put on there, but not happy with service hell they put my spare tire in the back of my SUV instead of where it goes under the rear. My bill said they did a 16 point inspection ! Really I mean really !!! I was missing a lug nut ! At some point you had to touch the lug nuts to change tires. Dam! The battery terminals were corroded . I call BS on your 16 point inspection and customer service !!! Seriously
I drove 1000 miles total and passed 27 car dealerships to come get a truck that was promised to be the truck I was looking for. To my surprise it was everything and more. Mr butch was completely honest and was more helpful than any car sales man in have I ever encountered. They also opened the shop 1 hr early for me to be able to make the deal and be back on the road. I can not speak highly enough of the people at this dealership and the way they do business. Everyone from the lady that answered the phone to the finance guy.... read more
