I bought my Ford Focus from Tommy Nix Tahlequah 6 months ago. I purposely waited in order to give my honest review of all aspects of the sale, service, and experience with the vehicle. Well, here goes! WHY DIDN'T I FIND YOU SOONER? I moved to Tahlequah in April. My car buying experience was top notch. I made an appointment with Chad and he had everything ready before I got there. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Alex in finance was excellent to work with. He took his time and made sure I understood what was going on. Just GREAT!
I used to recommend strongly. but after recent shopping experience I cant..not that it was awful it just was annoying . make sure the vehicle you're interested in has a spare tire if you desire one..also dont count on the "we wont be undersold slogan"..the sales staff now seem to be more about what they want and less about answering simple customer questions . hopefully I'm just a one of because they used to be my favorite.
