Arrived at the salon and was directed to a seat. It had not been cleaned and had to wait until it was clean. Than was directed to soak my feet, were I sat for almost an hour. Then several ladies came in the salon and took seats. The tech. that was right next to me doing someone's pedicure finished her client and proceeded to get one of the ladies whom had just walked in the door. They let me soak my feet in the pedi chair for an hour until water got cold and no one even came ask how I am doing. I ended up walking out of the shop and a nail tech was staring at me as if I was doing anything wrong. Such a hard feeling!
I actually called to ask about the difference in acrylics and solar nails because I wanted the least harsh nails because my nails are thin and asked if someone was available for me to speak with. To my complete shock I was informed no one there had time to talk to me so no one would want to take time to answer me or call me back. How rude and unprofessional!!!
They do awesome job and friendly staff " I go here every time I need fill in or just a broken nail" -nana
I went here while I was here in Tennessee and considering I am a VERY VERY picky picky customer ?? I LOVE this place !!!! And it's inexpensive but with GREAT friendly staff that do AMAZING jobs !!!!
If you want to spend all day getting your nails done, then this is the place for you!! Even if you have a set appointment time, you'll sit in a hard chair waiting for a VERY long time. Medi was doing my nails and I would call and schedule appointments. Never once did I ever get in on time. Once I sat and waited for 1 hour and 35 minutes from the time my appointment was scheduled for. She did 2 other fill ins and 2 pedicures.
