We have used Tommy Miles for more than 30 years but the last 2 years the service has gone down. You never know for sure if they are going to pick the garbage on the scheduled days. It has been a week since they picked our garbage and now the phone is disconnected.
Well it's happening again!!! My parents are elderly and have been loyal customers for several years! These people have not been picking their trash up for the last 3 months on the scheduled days. Then when they do show up after weeks of NOT they come in the night trying to be sneaky! My parents and their neighbors deserve better service then what this company is giving! Trash not picked up for 4 scheduled days now including today 9-28-2016. Seems as if now their office phone number 'Is No Longer a Working Number.' I have paid for services through end of December 2016. I presume this company is now officially 'Out Of Business.' Even when this business was going through hard times last year I continued to support them with my payments... All I can suggest to others is to accept it for what it is and move on with another service provider.
As of July 30th, 2016, this company has continued to decline in service, both in picking up and answering calls. I called this morning(8/1) at 10:30 to cancel and was told someone would return my call in one hour. still waiting and going on two hours
Service has continued to decline! Never know what time of day the trash will be picked up, if at all!
