Its been 3 weeks since we had our trashed picked up at least have the courtesy to answer the phone and let us know what's going on.Better yet get your church members where you claim to be a "pastor" to help you pick up what people have already paid for.

We were told that we were late with our payments when I called and asked about our garbage not being picked up. I went ahead and paid up when I couldn't find their name in my bank statements. When we checked our bank statement after the payment went through, we realized that their business name had changed and we were in fact caught up, so now we are paid up through the end of the year. We need help these people have been taking our they taken our money for the last year and not picking up you never know when they're going to pick up and they also cash our check it through a church and the phone there doesn't work either what a bunch of scam artist really somebody needs to help us

This is the absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with! Our garbage has been sitting out there for over a week! And it is not the first time. They don't ever bother to tell their customers who have PAID for service that they are having "dump truck issues" as they mentioned this morning when I spoke to someone who PROMISED they would come by today. Of course, the trash is going on maybe the 8th day or more. This is unsanitary and needs to be addressed!

Have not picked up in over 3 weeks in Cypress Glenn 10/24/16 when you call they hang up on you or voice mail full. Going to switch company's

BUT! there isn't anymore service and no one will be courteous enough to tell, long time customers, what is going on with the business. Many of the customers are paid up to the end of Dec. 2016. Very distressful! Very sad. S. Crawford, Timberlake Estates, 77429.
