Clients have choices n rights whether to do your oil treatment or not. Don't give your clients attitude when they say no. My aunt saw your sad* face on the mirrors every time. Use proper peroxide n color please! We consulted with different hairstylists in Canada Japan n HK. They all believed u used cheaper brands that caused the dryness of the hair. First time visiting Tommy&Lillian which I decided on from their review ratings. They are both wonderful people and could not be more welcoming and listened to what I was looking for. I came away with an amazing colour and trim. I highly recommend them for your best cut and colour.
