Where do I begin. Tommy came into my situation as a broker for one of his realtors Bree. I was using a different agent from another brokerage firm and put earnest money on a house that had way too many issues to move forward on. The owners would not release the earnest money in escrow. Tommy went above and beyond with absolutely nothing to gain with this and helped over the course of months, got the settlement done and escrow returned.
