very personable and thorough
I found the staff to be unbelievably snooty, unwilling to explain a sudden change in pricing and the doctors are obsessed with whether you’re Catholic and attend Father Ryan. Those who are/do receive special treatment. I received an eyeroll and having my concerns ignored. I’ll never be back.
Waited 45 minutes.... wasn't even taken back to a room. Bring a book (if you can see one, that is).
