I have used Tommy House Tire for years. I always felt they had good customer service before. Today I'm done, I will not buy tires there again. While on a trip I struck something which blew out a tire. I got it replaced at a Firestone store in Tennessee. The manager there said to take my tire with me because I had purchased them in the last six months. The Firestone manager said he would replace cost on a tire for a new tire when they had recently been purchased. When I returned from my trip and went to Tommy House I was told... read more
