very rude, the person at the front desk is straight from hell, over priced , and they do a horrible job changing tire. never go here, go to walmart tire shop instead.
They are incompetent and rude.
Wrong tires ordered. Watched the "man in charge" let an undertrained technician put an OBVIOUSLY incorrect tire on - which he then proceeded to make him dismount. All the while there was open discussion about other employees getting drunk, etc. Tried to get a different option & was completely disregarded. The man stormed over & pointed to a tire that would work, but never even offered pricing, details, etc - simply walked away. All the while a woman was outside on her phone, crying about how her order was incorrect. Beware.
RecommendedI have to thank a couple of great men that are employed by your company. Aaron, Dustin and Klaus. These three gentlemen are outstanding employees! They were very friendly and happy to help me with a tire I brought in for repair! They are definitely an asset to your company. They give 5 star service!!! Thanks again! - Jeff
RecommendedWe had a flat tire on Sat. Sept. 3 early in the am. Scott and helper took great care of us and the cost was very reseasonable. Would definitely use them again when passing thru Decatur.

I have used Tommy House Tire for years. I always felt they had good customer service before. Today I'm done, I will not buy tires there again. While on a trip I struck something which blew out a tire. I got it replaced at a Firestone store in Tennessee. The manager there said to take my tire with me because I had purchased them in the last six months.
