"Louise" was not running well at all. Took her to Tommy Honeycutt's Cycles. He did a awesome job with her. Picked her up this morning and she is running better she ever has! Lynn and Louise are extremely happy! Thanks so much for the awesome job and also thank you to Maryann for cleaning her up! Highly recommend!
I just met Tommy a couple days ago. I was very impressed with his willingness to help you figure stuff out. I wanted some special work done to my bike and he, "I wouldn't do that if I were you. I'd do this instead" now he could have just done what I wanted but no ,he explained a better way and I'm very grateful. I don't see how he keeps track of everything but some how he does. He's my new mechanic, you see.
Tommy is knowledgeable and just an all around great guy to deal with.
Tommy runs a class act operation at his shop. He will inform you on the products you are purchases and customer service is great. Tommy is one of a kind when it comes to customer service above and beyond all others. He makes sure you are satisfied with the work once its done. Keep you the good work Tommy. Also big shout out to Sam for doing outstanding install on my exhaust.
