absolutly ATROCIOUS behaviour from the employee on the floor. My mother went to try on clothes and was walked in on TWICE but the same employee. after being confronted peacefully, she was met with being visibly mocked and ignored as if she was a child. Completely unacceptable behaviour from staff, this absolutely paints the rest of the staff in a horrible light.
I bought my husband a button down shirt for Father’s Day at the N-O-T-L Tommy outlet and he ended up needing a different size. I brought the shirt back with the receipt and found the same shirt but different colour in the size he needed. When I brought the 2 shirts to the cash with the receipt to do an exchange, the cashier asked for extra payment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store they are very rude and ignorant when you ask a question regarding the products that they have in the store.
Very rude staff members the only one who greeted me with a smile was the cashier she was a student from India very pleasant 2other ladies walked by me did not even look at me no smile very stressed out miserable looking I will no longer visit this store again
