Unprofessional! I need to have a tree removed, and I've tried to contact them many times over the past 3 weeks and no one ever answers the phone. I started off by using their "contact us" form on their website, no reply via phone or email through that. A week later, I left Tommy Hicks a voicemail, no call back from that. Last week, I left one more voicemail even stating that I'd left a voicemail previously and I'd appreciate someone call me back, still no call back. Tommy Hicks Tree Service did an awesome job! Very dependable, reasonable, knowledgeable & professional. Did an excellent clean up job also. I was totally impressed with this company & would highly recommend them.
Tommy did a wonderful job transforming our yard from an overgrown jungle to a serene park. Work was outstanding. Price was fair. Tommy was responsive and provided outstanding customer service.
