Terrible experience here, reached out to the management at the location and got no response. Clear that they’re not concerned at all about customer service or the customer’s experience. Stylist didn’t follow my instructions at all, botched my haircut, and when I stopped her, she told me that I should change the way I style my hair according to the ‘law of haircutting’.
Shadan is an excellent barber who is skilled, professional, and attentive to detail. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and delivers great results every time. Friendly service, a comfortable experience, and a quality haircut. I highly recommend her.

Poor experience overall. Staff lacked attention to detail and professionalism. I ended up with multiple cuts on my neck while they were trimming extra hair using sharp trimmers.
