I would give a zero rating if I could. We weren't greeted in a good way, should have left then and there. Dude working the front gave us a time, I understand how estimated time works. We arrive at the time he provided, as soon we my grandson sat down he gave the snottiest glare and said we were early and gave a complete different time, told him the time he gave and refused to own up to it, oh well. Worst customer service from a Tommy guns I have ever seen the lady in the front was nice but the lady doing the hair was so rude. Talking to me like a child like I have no idea what I wanted. You need to listen to your customers and do what they ask. Never again. Update : although I will never be back to this Tommy guns I do appreciate the phone call I got from the manager Roxane thank you for taking the time to address the situation

Its just over priced. No great service, no great hair dresser. No great haircuts. Just extra money for hairwash and hot towel service I guess.
