I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit today (July 25, 2026) around 3pm. What should have been a simple haircut for my son turned into an embarrassing and upsetting experience. The lady barber immediately claimed that my son had head lice and refused to continue the haircut. We were shocked because there had never been any signs of lice. My son recently had his hair cut at TG’s midtown. He said and I quote “I’m so happy I could cry mom” :)
My experience at Tommy Gun's Midtown is always amazing. Great customer service. I love how Jules understand what I want and I always end up having an awesome haircut!
