Checked online, it said no wait so I drove over and it was a 40 minute wait. Person at the desk said the online estimate isn’t reliable. Fine, put my name down, it’s 3pm…I’m scheduled for 4:55. I come back at 4:30…confirm I’m in the list, wait until 5:25 and nothing. Ask the desk and say I guess I’ll go since I can’t wait all day and all I get is “Ok then bye”. I’ve been before and sure they are a little expensive but WOW I can’t believe how terrible the service was today.
Used to go to Tommy's in Lethbridge Alberta never had an issue 15 minute wait without an appointment. Now in Ontario noticed their was one 1 hour and half drive from me so came to this location. First thing I noticed was two employees just out having a smoke, go inside after both employees got done. Only about six people waiting two were clearly moms who were either waiting on their kids as I saw noone with them.
