haircut took almost an hour and they took off next to nothing. (didn’t look any different) did not know how to do a mid taper fade and left parts of the fade thicker then others. i even showed pictures which didn’t turn out the way i wanted. payed $50 for this, dont recommend
The requested cut is not properly provided by hair specialist Joe. He hasn’t provided complete styling and was always in rush to send me out. I have to ask about the hair wash, drying my hair. He didn’t even dry my hair completely and said it’s done. Worst experience ever, this location was my go to since it’s opening. Currently I stay in downtown and travelled all the way from Ottawa downtown to Stittsville around 30 kms but received worst experience. Utterly disappointed
The barber was very rude he wasn’t nice to my child keep showing his attitude that’s makes me Beyond upset! And his hair cut wasnt looks nothing like the picture I showed ! He didn't listen at all to my instructions for my son at all. I won’t be back neither recommend to my friends..
