Edit: After giving them another chance, I'd say I have had more good haircuts than bad haircuts here. Nicole in particular is very good. Some of the worst service I've ever had at a business. Booked an appointment at 10am with an estimated wait time of 80 minutes. I called at 11:30 to get an update and they say maybe about 12:30. Hear nothing back by 12:30 so I call again, and they say 1:30. It says they will call you ahead of time so you can head over, never got a call from anyone. Will did a great job on my haircut today. Best fade I've had to date. Great place and staff! Highly recommend.
