Kelvin is hands down the best barber I’ve had in Saskatoon. Kinda messed up my whole idea of a full Hawk so I just made him cut it all and got a buzzcut instead.. at least that was done right I guess, so don't ask for that if you go here.. still had to pay $47 for just a buzzcut!! First time I have ever paid that much for a buzzcut that was originally supposed to be a full hawk and a free pop...
