Had a haircut at Tommy Guns. The barber had a cheap razor and cut my neck open twice. I would expect my barbers to have high end tools when cutting hair off people heads. Barber also did a lousy job with the cut, uneven and poor blending of lengths. The barber also used their mouth to blow hair off my neck, you can keep your spit to yourself thanks. Tommy Guns used to be the place to get your hair cut. Seems they have low hiring standards these days as there are more and more lousy barbers in their store.

Was loyal to the same barber for almost 8 years. Then I requested a small correction to an area the size of a business card and was told I had to pay for it. I told them that not only have I been going there every 2 weeks for 8 years but also bring my son and we buy all our high end products their. I personally pay $60 for 1l of shampoo for thining hair. I have also never asked for a correction before. I asked if she was really willing to lose that over a 2 minute correction to a small area for a charge?!? She very cheerily ... read more

So I'm not one to typically write reviews but I've been to this place a few times now I don't think I've left satisfied once this particular time trying three times to explain what I wanted they gave me a haircut that made me look like a 40 year old office worker will not be going back everyone is friendly though and the atmosphere is great
