Went in for a simple beard trim, was super disappointed in the service and quality of the trim. Was in the chair for about 8 min total and came in because it was long and scraggly with hairs all different lengths from trimming it a few times myself, yes why I went to get it done professionally. What I ended up with was the same uneven, scraggly beard just shorter. Tipped almost as much as I paid for the trim itself so super disappointed.
Very personal experience with a new young apprentice learning while working. He was term attentive and took his time to make sure my haircut was perfect. His boss (adult supervision) was really nice as well and came over to double check everything. Very happy with the experience !!
