I have tried a few tommy guns locations but the okotoks location always has the best and most consistent service, i definitely feel comfortable going there also Kylie has very excellent service I most definitely recommend her !

Asked them to thin my hair back in late Oct 2025, and the barber thinned the crown so much that it looked like Mr. Burns. It was a younger guy with an accent, I think his name was Byron? I had to wait a few months until it grew out a bit before I could get it fixed. Step-father went to the Nanaimo location before his wedding, and my mother was furious with the results, albeit while I felt this was worth mentioning, this incident did not factor into this particular review score.
