It took a long time and it was difficult to communicate with the technician. Office Secretary was wonderful (Virginia), and she kept me informed. My car battery was accidentally discharged bit was not appropriately charged back again, so it sustained damage and had to purchase a new one, our battery was inly 1 month old!
