From the first visit to service both the AC and furnace units, (both had issues), through complete HVAC system replacement days later, it was a totally professional experience. Installation was accomplished in one day with a four man crew followed up with an electrical team in the afternoon. It was well coordinated. We will continue to call TGAC for all of our HVAC needs. Dave showed up right on schedule and fixed our HVAC problem within 30 minutes. He was polite, explained everything, and gave us helpful tips for taking care of our unit. The scheduling team was easy to work with and quick to get me an appointment that fit in my schedule.

I just want to give a big thank you to Dave and Anthony for working on our heat pump yesterday morning on such short notice. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem; both were very professional and took the time to explain the problem with the heat pump wiring and double checked the status of our breakers. THE BEST HVAC company, hands down! Our service technician, Dave Cherry, was fantastic. His knowledge and expertise seem limitless in his field.
