I am re-doing my review to 1 star for two reasons 1) the response from Tommy Cool to the first one, a very snarky lecture on whyI should have been happy to pay over $500 for a "tech" to literally plug in a $10 part and 2) prior to the capacitor going out, my ac was so efficient as to be TOO COOL, sometimes necessitating adjusting the setting, even during days it was nearly 100° outside. Our ac went out in 100 degrees weather. I called them in the morning and we had a technician after lunch.

So thankful to Matthew for all his help. We were without AC with my 4 month old son at 1pm on a Friday. Called some places but nobody was able to come and we were on standby lists all night not knowing when we’d be seen. Texted these guys at 5am and Matthew got here in no time. Owner was super friendly and helpful when he returned my text request with a phone call. Could not fully express how much I appreciate the help especially in this heat and with my son. Will definitely turn to them for any future needs. Thank you!

Matthew got to my house in an A/C emergency situation and got it fixed within an hour. Replaced the part that was needed and found out the compressor wasn't working right. He didn't give up and shortly after had the compressor up and running perfectly. Thanks Tommy Cool Air and thanks you Matthew!
