I want to give a huge thank you to Sierra for communicating via text back and forth trying to get an appointment set up to come out and start ac maintenance on our unit, unfortunately the unit decided to act up before the appointment date came but thankfully all I did was text and within minutes I had Ricky at our door to come and save the day to keep us cool. They serviced a home that I just leased. The first guy they sent out was not super helpful, but then they sent a guy named Rene. He was dilligent and stayed until the job was done....which was late at night. I had been without ac for days so that was a lifesaver. Great job Rene.
