Go to Better Business Bureau (BBB) "NOT BBB Accredited". Yes there are many good reviews but once you have a problem you will get "blown off". After a major installation, we experienced a loss as a result of these people. The owner promised to reimburse us for our loss. Now he refuses to pay what he agreed to in writing. Now he will not respond to us. We did not even get a nickel of reimbursement. These are the kindest words I can use to describe his company: DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL. I was able to schedule an emergency repair on a Friday and the technician was at my house the next day! That is what you call 24-hr service! The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend.

Tommy Cool Air absolutely save the day, or should I say night. I came home one evening after having been away only to find water dripping through the ceiling tiles from the AC unit in the attic! The AC drip pan had clogged and overflowed. It had been 104° that day and had cooled off only to 95 by the time I got home. I immediately Googled “emergency air conditioning services”.
