    I was without air and it was 81 in my house. I called and they were here within 2 hours. Very professional service technician, very knowledgeable,very nice manners.

    We called yesterday requesting service about a problem we were having. Jonathan called this morning as he was leaving to come here. He took care of the problem quickly and was so courteous. We highly recommend him!! Thanks!!

    Joey Christopher was our technician today(on a Sunday). I would just like to comment on his prompt arrival at our home. He was very professional...found the problem with our unit and got us COOL air on this 90 plus day. For this we are grateful and will use this company again and again!! Thank you Joey!!

    Ronnie Smith serviced my heat pump today and I couldn't be happier with the service. He saw that I had a new filter out for my ceiling intake. I told him I hadn't had a chance to get my ladder, so he put it in for me. He also took pictures of my unit so I could see that he cleaned the dirt off and to show me I had a little bit of mold buildup. He recommended a Reme*Halo air purification system. It was currently on sale and he was able to install during the visit. While he was installing it, he cleaned the mold off of the unit. We shared memories and tears of our fur babies. And we also talked about our faith and where we attend church. Will always trust Tommy Bynum Heating and Cooling for my AD/Heating needs.
