I have spent thousands of dollars at Tommy Bahama over the years. This U Village store is atrocious. I tried to refund a defective belt and they gave me such a hard time about it I walked out of the store. Six months earlier I had another bad experience trying to exchange a shirt that was the wrong size. The manager was very hesitant because the tags were off of it ( I had the tags in my hand) will continue to purchase Tommy Bahama merchandise, but never at this location.
A lovely store, well merchandised with exceptional customer service! Susan took very good care of us snd as usual we purchased more than what we had expected! We will return for sure.

Looked like a very nice store. We were the only customers in the store and it took about 10 minutes of walking around before we were greeted. Not impressed on the customer service that sells high priced items.
I went to shop in this store couple of weeks ago and the staff members seemed very unmotivated. They were hesitant to help me with my inquiries about providing different sizes (although no other customer was in the store). I spent a good amount of money but didn't feel welcome there and probably won't shop from them again.
