Brought self propelled mower in a while ago. Ran for 2 days and was hard to start afterwards. Sold it, the guy who brought it said screws were not matching, filter was not changed, spark plug wasn't changed and water in gas.
By far the worst customer service, the guy behind the counter will put parts on your lawnmower without informing or authorizing the replacement. Went in for a carb clean, informed in person and over the phone not to be more than $40-50. The guy will lie to your face when being confronted and attempt to deflect what we discussed over the phone & in person. Best dirt farm east of the Mississippi
Went here for a few supplies, and when I opened the door the lights were off and there was a person sitting at a computer. I asked if they were open and the person with a very annoyed tone tells me not really. Very unprofessional encounter.
