Leah Williams put a lot of effort and work into helping us sell our home and followed up with all the necessary tasks needed to close the sale. She was timely in communicating and gave good suggestions and advice on how to make our home more saleable. I rented a condo out in Kellogg (140 Railroad Ave) from this company & the whole experience was a joke. They’re super cute, but it’s just surface level nice. The walls are made of plywood or some other cheap material, w absolutely no insulation & you can hear every bump, scrape, & bodily functions of your neighbours (I’m not even exaggerating-I had to sleep on the couch twice bc of the neighbour’s snoring being so bothersome).
