im unhappy with wells faro in burleson tx!!!!!! will im not happy with em...the customer service should be in the bank on one line ...and instead of switching you over to where it cost ya $2.00 PEER CALL just for checking on your account statuse...and they dont tell ya about there over draft fees for each time u uses the debit banking card..$37.00 per over charge....and there always rude to me.....im tired of been trated aweful...theres always with drawl out of my account and im drawing disability too and i cant work ....im ... read more
Banking Wells Fargo Banks I have had no trouble with and they are not constently moving out and changing locations. the staff is friendly and helpfull with a varity of services.
Tellers seem slow The one off central is not a very good drive up location. I always seem to go when theres three people in two lines and as soon as I pull up they open two more tellers but by that time I'm stuck. Then the wait is usually like 15 minutes. The one on hulen is the fastest, all there lines are always open and you get out quick, but that location is 20 miles from me.
