Okay, I’m back again with a review after my Deep Cleaning. I'll be honest - I'm usually a complete chicken when it comes to dental visits. I am a long time patient. Yesterday when I came to my appointment I was told that it had been canceled by the staff. Apparently there is a new policy. If the patient doesn't confirm the appointment it is canceled. The phone number of the origin of the office reminder text was not familiar and was not identified as being from Tomlinson dental. The Email sent to me had nothing to do with my appointment. I travel for my job so to arbitrarily cancel my appointment is very inconvenient.
