My fiance was renting a apartment from there and it was one of the worst experiences she has ever had. the landlord was in her business all the time and her son the Maintenace man wouldn't stop hitting on her and making sexual advances, and not to mention an attempt to possible drug her by offering a open beer that he himself refused to drink. Never a calm moment and fees and penalties all over the place it was ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could rate them a zero I would. My best friend lives in one of their apartments in Emmett and has for over a year. The manager Stacy bullies and intimidates the single mothers that live in these low income apartments and they also do not calculate the rent correctly and manager does a lot of illegal stuff that makes it look like the rent are in the wrong.
