hello Lorraine as the owners son I would like to state the only reason why it took so long to get the permit was because of Covid and there was a big problem the office was closed and everything had been mailed back-and-fourth
Unbelievably horrible owner. Mr. Tomko took our $ 7,200.00 (ouch) for a new boiler with a gas conversion, and told us that $ 200.00 of that would be for the permit that he would take care of with the Boro of Keyport. Mr Tomko had his guys do the job, that looks fine. This was December of 2020. As of this week in July of 2021, after calling him 3 times in the last 8 months and the township on our backs to get the permit paid and unit inspected, he is stalling. We will be bringing him to court to get the $ 195.00 plus $ 1,000.... read more
