As I was out of state when I had water damage to my home. II found TomKataz online, and my brother met with them and supervised the work for me. My brother was amazed at the quality of work and the attention to detail. They are a five-star operation and do five-star work. My wife and I recently moved to Florida. We live in a manufactured home. We noticed that the Florida Room roof was leaking in multiple places. Not knowing anyone we called the president of our HOA. He referred us to Tomkatz, a home services company, and its owner, Michael Thomas. Michael and his crew worked diligently making necessary repairs and they guaranteed their work. In spite of recent downpours our Florida room remains high and dry. I would recommend Michael and his crew for any home services need.

I have had trouble in the past with repairmen or companies not even answering the phone. I don't like leaving messages on answering machines. i called he answered the phone. The project that I started was a little over my head. Tomkatz came out in a timely manner, was extremely friendly and listend to me. gave me really good advice on how to finish my project the rght way. i asked them how much to finish the job, I was very happy with price to finish my job! I don't usually write many reviews but this guy was awesome! I trust Mike with all of my contracting needs. He is very courtesy and professional. A true great go to guy to know in his trade. Mike will give you a great estimate and even better results once he is done with the job. Highly recommended contractor. Keep up the great work Mike!
