THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF We went to the Zona Rosa location and got ripped off. We were there with friends and were charged for drinks that were never ordered or served. We sent back our incorrect check to get a correct one printed out, the new check included a gartuity fee that was not on the first check. Super CHEAP and good! I often head to TomFooleries on the Plaza for happy hour since it goes until 7 and offers SUPER cheap food and drinks. (i am talking well drinks for $2.25 and food for $2.95). Yes the HH food is smaller than normal, but get 2 apps and you are good to go (or order the fish and chips and you will be surprised that it fills you up). Even when it is not happy hour the drinks are still cheap (and then there is the reverse HH starting at 9). Now that they have the upstairs bar, i feel service has become much ... read more

Kind of slow service Tomfooleries has excellent food and it's a great place, but when this place is busy, the staff can not handle it. Last time we were there, we had to wait 20 minutes to get drink refills. They definitely need to hire more staff for the weekends. It's a shame because the food is definitely good and it would be a great place to eat all the time.

awesome Fun friendly atmosphere, come as you are! Wide variety of menu items, great Happy hour, late night kitchen with full menu until 1am. Live music and the best Sunday brunch with a 50-item Bloody Mary Bar. Full bar with a fun and friendly staff! Price range: $7-$22. Happy hours: 4-7pm and 9pm - 1am, seven days a week. Sunday brunch hours: 9:30am-2pm.

My favorite place to go in KC for Sunday brunch. They have a large variety of food. I'm not normally a fan of buffets but this place is awesome. They have a Bloody Mary bar that is to die for. Highly recommend.

Best Selection of Food to Acquire Anyone's Mood – I went to Tomfooleries with a group of girlfriends a couple weekends back as part of a girls night out. We enjoyed a wonderful server that was open and friendly with a smile on her face. There was a great variety of food to choose from which was wonderful because none of us like the same thing. NO WAY!!! – ******DO NO GO TO THIS PLACE***** I must first admit that this restaurant was once top notch but it has declined substantially.
