Lee did a fantastic job replacing my hot water tanks w/ a tankless system. His price was very competitive, especially compared to the bigger name companies nearby. You can tell he takes pride in all his plumbing knowledge, and he is especially versed in code compliance. Lee offers great customer service and demonstrates his willingness to go above-and-beyond. He also seems very genuine and trustworthy when it comes to diagnosing issues and offering recommendations.

Waited two weeks for an appointment due to nagging foot pain. Unfortunately the office canceled my appointment a day before. Tried to set up another one the following week due to the inconvenience but the receptionist wasn't too helpful and told me they would call affected patients the following week to reschedule appointments. That would be at least another two weeks before I'm able to see the doctor for my foot pain.
