The only reason I know the Tom Co. name is because their white Ford Super Duty, license plate beginning with "XM", just nearly ran me off the road! 5PM, 280 Eastbound. If they're willing to endanger the lives of others to get a 4-second head start on rush hour, surely such character will be reflected in the quality of their work.
