Only gave one star because there's not an option for zero.... Zero stars is for zero returned calls, zero returned emails, zero communication and ZERO customer service...We will be reporting this joke of a company to the Better Business Bureau. Can't ask questions, can't order parts.....absolutely ZERO help ...........a joke of a company.
Mr Ram propagates to be the owner of Tom car in Israel and Phoenix. My company had a requirement of an ATV for which they sent me a quotation and I paid $26,000 equivalent to 50% of invoiced amount. It’s been more than eight months and they have not been able to give delivery of the vehicle and on cancelling the order. I have asked the refund but many months have gone by and they have still not refunded the advance amount of $ 25,000. I will now be filing a court case against them for recovery. I'm not sure this company is even in business anymore. I've been trying to contact them for over two months to order a drive belt. I have left voicemails and sent text messages and emails. I have never gotten a response of any kind. Hopefully i have found the drive belt from a third party vendor on ebay. I love my TomCar, but beware of these people if you ever need a part for it.
Would give zero stars if able. Put money down on ATV. Had to contact numerous times during 15 months for status, was then offered a lesser unit for more money. After 2 months still have not received refundable down payment. Very poor communication.
