Realtor Kevin Todd has failed to disclose information requested about a property. Failed in communication by email, which was the method requested by him.
Tried just getting basic property information from Kevin Todd a realtor there he didn't bother to come show the property wouldn't take the time to look up any rights information or anything kept insisting I shouldn't worry about property rights or anything just all around not a very good experience won't be going thru this realtor that's for sure and it's pretty sad because I am a motivated buyer
This is the best experience I ever had with a real estate. The main reason was Kevin Todd. An energetic agent if ever I saw one. He kept me up to date and kept my hopes up for getting a sale of my property. Ask for him if you need a realtor then relax let him work his magic.
