Tomorrow makes 2 weeks my outside pole light has been out. I've called the after hours guy twice. He told me both times he'd turn in a ticket. I've called the service dept 3-4 times. The lady also told me each time she's turning in a ticket. I live in a rural area that doesn't have neighbors close. TEPA knows where I live, right? The closest light is 1/2 mile up at the church. It is very dark here at night. Pitch dark. I pay monthly for this light. I don't know what else to do. Thanks.
I live in Saltillo. You are quick to fix any problems, but when you flicker our lights...we lose power for just a few seconds...then everything comes back on. I don't know why that happens but it does every so often in Saltillo. It knocks out everything and has caused issues with my electronics. Takes forever just for my dish to set itself back up. I know TEPA is busy but come on. If it wasn't for me & my kids walking to my daddy's & him having a generator we would be froze by now. Out of the past 12 hours we've had power on & off for about 1 hour.
