I had one of our Escalades tinted by them about 6 months ago. Well the tint started peeling. They demanded a receipt before they would fix it. As she said we need to get paid from the manufacturer of the tint. this was a poor craftmanship deal. Not a the tech cut the window tint short and was catching on the interior door panel felt that made it peel. then they wanted me to pay it fix it. Basically the only company out there that wants to get paid one way on another for there poor craftmanship.
