I would like to know why is it other than derrick and Jonathan no one is willing to answer questions my friend called me when her Hyundai stalled in the middle of street I came to help. It took me some time to get it started up. I wilent with Jami to meet up w Mary we sat and watched the videos of all the talk and interactions she had delt with trying get things answer and done... Horrible customer service and very dishonest dealership. Avoid this place
It has been a nightmare actually Derrick and Johnathan has pulled through to the fullest to help. I was told if I got a lawyer I need to speak to the legal team who do I go though. I wouldn't be so upset if the lies I was relieved mainly by Andre. I have called and txt first 4 days about retur ing policy he happen to tell me convince after 3 days when I learn I did have 3 days.
