Recently bought a new truck at Tomball Ford. Sales person was Jana Baker. Last thing she told me was that they were there for me and if I ever needed anything to call her. Long story short, I scratched the side of my new truck pulling out of a parking space next to a shopping cart rack. My fault and I was so upset about it.
