What I do is layer a 1/2 lbs of moist brisket, small beans, and cover with BBQ sauce. Try it and let me know. I call it the T-Man Special.
This particular Rudys had tv monitors where you can watch 2 different events at the same time plus service was excellent!
Wow! What an awesome smokey taste on the meat. Tried the pork loin for the first time and it was succulent!! The jalapeno sausage was also incredible. Brought my brother-in-law from Boise, Idaho, even though he had stopped at a Rudy's up by Dallas after he started driving down to Houston from the Dallas airport. So he had Rudy's twice in 3 days!! Sister-in-law and her husband were also with us and were really impressed with the quality and taste of the meat!!
A Texas institution - can't go wrong with study's. So great to see that more stores have opnened up in the Houston area. If you haven't been, change that.
My husband and I dreamed of having BBQ served at our wedding, especially since the majority of our guests would be out-of-state travelers – we wanted to provide a little Texas Southern charm and taste to entertain their taste buds during the reception!
