AHHMAZING – The food is excellent, the vibe is extrodanry, the only downside is that its so far up Divsion past the Northtown mall.
I'm in love with Tomato Street! – I've never had a bad experience with Tomato Street! It's always clean, polite and knowledgeable staffers, and the food is absolutely incredible! I very much prefer going to TS for lunch. I've never had to wait for a table, and the prices and portions are better. If you go at lunch, make sure to ask about the Tomato Street "Lunch Club" card! When you order 5 lunches, you'll get a 6th free. Favorite Vegetarian Options: Minestrone Soup Pasta with the Zesty Marinara Sauce, (includes gluten-free ... read more
Terrible service – Had a baby shower there not long ago at all. Called a month in advance to make plans and was given the ok. Called the day before the shower and was told I could come in an hour early to decorate our saved area. Also went in the day before and was shown where we would be seated. It was great!!!! Untill we got there the next day. We came in to decorate and the hostess was very rude!!!! She said we could not decorate and that the table was saved but we could not sit at the table untill one which was the reser... read more
Wonderful Clams! – The environment is wonderful, especially for people with kids. My question is does anyone know the recipe for their WONDERFUL steamed clams?? I love the broth that comes with it, it's to die for!! The best clams ever!!
Meh – I don't get why they have so much bacon in their dishes. It's kind of odd. Everything here is soaked in butter, maybe that's why it is so popular? It's ok, but not really that great of an Italian restaurant. It's good for families though (loud/kid-friendly).
Poor service and managment – The food is okay, nothing I could not make from home. A lot of it taste like it came from a jar. Much better quality at Olive Garden. Atmosphere is fun for children, however very dusty. Service is horriable. My server spent my time talking with her co-workers. No managers in sight when wanting help. Not a good experience once again. I doubt third time would be a charm. Servers do not act like they want to be there and do not know what they are doing. Someone needs to teach them some customer serv... read more
