never use this co. 0 stars – I will never recommend this co. to anyone. They said they would come back out and put a sealer on my drive way they put in. I helped them out by paying some money before the job was done. I should have knowing then there was something not right about this co.I made at least 15 calls to Tomassi as to when he would be out to seal my drive way. Never use this company – If I could give no stars I would. Silvano Tomassi and his son installed my driveway in Dearborn. Within one year the cement began to crumble. Silvano came out and looked at it and agreed the cement was defective. After 30+ calls he never came back out. The guys from Italy American construction came out and said it was the worst job they had ever seen. It;s going to cost me $4,000 dollars to replace their shoddy work. These guys are a bunch of crooks.
Business response:
The issue that had occured was not a workmanship issue, and the supplier determined the concrete was to specs. We do not cover concrete that is damaged due to salting and weathering. At no point were we advised by any city official to replace the job nor told we were responsible. As for italy America they will say anything to sell a job,I'm glad they put there salesman input but no inspector did. we do honor our work.
