I really like Dr Mark when I first met him
Was immediately condescending, asking me what I want to do. How about look at my skin and tell me yourself. All he did was glance sideways at my skin briefly while walking in. Prescribed me a round of antibiotics but not before adding unnecessary comments about my bad genes and bad skin. I know good bedside manner isn’t a requirement to be a doctor and it’s a shame.

Condescending, rude, and mean spirited. Will tell you that you have bad genes instead of doing what he went to school for and figuring out a solution to the problem. He should definitely retire if he’s going to be so miserable to his patients.

Dr took her time and listened to me and answered any questions I had. I did not feel rushed. I will continue seeing her as my primary care physician. Was very impressed with the visit. I felt care and trust from her.
Dr. Grossweiner has an excellent bedside manner of compassion and listening. He is supported in clinic by an equally caring nurse, Carol. Dr. Grossweiner is extremely well educated, keeps up with the latest dermatological findings and trends and attends seminars regularly. Both listen carefully and serve as a talented team literally rotating around the patient in a graceful dance of expediency and good care to assure the patient is uncomfortable as little as possible.
