When they were managing my property everything was maintained and they always went above and beyond to make sure property was prestine. The crew there also provided us with exceptional customer service.

We have been asking them to fix our leaky roof for 3 weeks and they have not responded except to lie to us and say it was fixed from the outside. There is extensive damage in our apartment as well as mildew on our wood floors. Our bedroom, living room and restroom are leaking and they do not seem to care, yet they have the time and resources to put up a brand new "Toman Property Management" sign TODAY while our roof is still leaking. Terrible place to live.
