Have no idea why did they have 4.0 rating. Make sure you arrive earlier than 11:00. They have lunch break 12-1. Came at 11. Checked in, waited 30 min, load was cancelled. Found another load from same facility, and it was already 12. Waiting until 1:10pm, then waiting for dock door, 3pm - still here. Little complicate parking. You need check in at the office, then go down the road to docks, then come back to the office. Dumb system.
