Ordered the TPC-170. 6.5 Honda motor. Motor fully functional and rins great. Exciter responds well when throttling up til you hit the forward lever. Makes an awful ammount of uneven vibration, in reverse purs like a kitten. Oil leak coming from exciter housing now. Website states less than 4 hrs of operation on refurbished models. Upon recieving the unit the hour meter was at 109.1 hrs. Emailing all this the best solution was check the oil in the hydraulic lever mechanism. Great experience. There was a back order in extra batteries. I called to get a verbal eta on restock and the customer support was amazing. Support staff was extremely knowledgeable. Support staff was a Tomahawk employee and not a 3rd party. Will buy again for sure
I purchased the backpack mister 6500 model. It is incredible. As someone who owns a pest control company, my techs use these misters all day long. I was surprised to see that it has an Atomizer built in to reduce molecule (partical) size of the product you are using. This is something I have not seen before except on truck mounted or aerial application equipment for misting. The battery is very beefy and allows you to get through the day. Heard great review on the battery sprayer and ordered one. Brand new and doesn’t work. Called them many times and emailed with zero response. Finally called 5 times on a row and customer service rep said he would send out new unit. Nothing came for a week and called back again with same guy and said he was sorry and will overnight. Nothing again for over a week. This is horrible customer service.
