I was hoping this would become our go-to place for our family, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I called two days in advance to cancel and reschedule an appointment, yet Jordan still charged my card. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would expect better communication and professionalism when a cancellation is made in advance. I hope they can improve their process so other customers don't have a similar experience.
Nicest cut I've had in a minute. Will be back. Shoutout Jordan💯
I’m from out of town and wasn’t able to get a haircut before leaving. Was nervous going to a random person but Jordan did a perfect job and left me with exactly what I wanted how I wanted it. The reviews don’t lie.
