Had a massage scheduled, but they seemed very annoyed and offended by me. They sat me in a chair while they all gathered in the backroom, feet from me. They were peeking out at me, pointing, and talking. I dont need to understand their language to know, I was not welcome there. It's only ever been an okay place, so I won't be returning.

Awful! Went with a friend for a pedicure and the guy cut my toenails short and down the sides then pulled the skin. Hoping I don’t end up with ingrown toenails from this! . I ask what are you doing? That really hurts bad!!! the rocks for the hot rock pedicure were so hot felt like they burnt my feet I told him too hot! He laughed and held my foot on it I pulled away said NO! Now my big toes are red and inflamed and painful! Headed to the dr. Ridiculous!!! Oh and he slopped the polish on my toes and dripped it across the top ... read more

Horrible place to get nails done. I've made the mistake of going on 3 separate occasions with a different nail tech each time and the outcome was the same. Sloppy work, it seems no one but the owner can do anything that resembles nail art. And was made fun of every time for wanting short nails. I work in Healthcare so I can't have long nails. But to flat out be laughed at and told short nails are ugly, is just unprofessional. Save your money, go literally anywhere else

Went their with my bridal party this past Thursday. We made appointments weeks prior. We sat in the pedicure chairs for a good 15 mins before we started receiving our services. Pedicures were nice. Waited even longer to get nails done because they kept taking walk ins when they had no capacity to service them ontop of their clients who actually made appointments. My nails weren't done the best. They didn't ask all my girls what shape they just did whatever they wanted and when one of them wanted the nails shorter they refuse... read more
